Viaje en bus público desde la terminal de autobuses Quitumbe, salga de Quito un día antes del tour, puede ser en horas de la mañana, tiempo de viaje 6 horas hasta Lago Agrio, donde deberá dormir una noche.

Maybe travel by public bus by night there is buses leaving from Terminal Buses at 23h00 with Transesmeraldas or Baños Company.  Arriving in Lago Agrio at 07h00 aprox. next day. The price US$  13  per person one way  (subject to change)

Travel by airplane:

Airline Tame: Quito – Lago Agrio / Flight 201 / 10:00 – 10:50 aprox

Airline Tame: Lago Agrio – Quito /Flight 201 / 17:00 – 18:00 aprox

If your passengers decide to arrive to Lago Agrio by bus, the SHARED tour begins at 9:30 am

If your passengers decide to arrive to Lago Agrio by plane, the SHARED tour starts at 10:30 am

Tipping to the staff is at the discretion of our guests. Tips for the guide are usually given in person.

In the Amazon region the climate is hot and humid with frequent rain showers. The drier months are from October to March. The temperature ranges from 19°C to 36°C throughout the year. Jamu Lodge is at 250 m above sea level.

Immunizations are presently not required to visit this area of the Amazon jungle – it is advisable however to consult your doctor or physician before your trip. We recommend precautions against malaria and yellow fever. Strong insect repellent should be acquired before your arrival in the jungle

It may be subject to changes due to weather conditions or National Park Directives. The guide may deviate from the published itinerary for any reason he / she deems advisable.

There is no restriction for children however we suggest children from five years of age.
