"My friend and I spent 3 nigths at this lodge. The staff was great - accommodating and helpfull. The place was clean and nice and the food very good. Our room was a real jungle adventure in a good way. Our guide Ronald was very knowing about the plants and animals we saw during our stay. We give him our best recommendations. He had a very good English. We went on a day walk in the Cuyabeno, a nocturnal walk, visited a local community, went for a swim in Lago Grande, watched the sunset and looked for caymans in the dark. This 4 day stay was one of our best adventures travelling Ecuador."

"The trip exceeded our already high expectations. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The meals were excellent and varied. The longboat drivers were skilled and the guides were fantastic. We really enjoyed all the staff but our guide Veronica was perfect for our tour. As a local, she could spot things easily and rapidly. The day visiting the village was really interesting and not what I had expected which was a tourist orientated show. We learnt a lot. The days were busy with lots of opportunities to better understand the reserve and its wildlife"
